Amy Muhlendorf is Constellis’ vice president of human resources. Amy brings more than 14 years of employee relations and employment law expertise to Constellis, specializing in counseling, training, policy development and EEO-related laws and regulations. Before joining Constellis, Amy served as associate general counsel for employment law and employee relations for Freddie Mac, where she consulted and advised on a wide variety of human resources matters and topics. Prior to Freddie Mac, Amy worked as an associate general counsel for Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives related to all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
Amy earned her Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Washington College of Law at American University, where she served as executive editor for the American University International Law Review. She also holds a Master of Education in education leadership from the University of Delaware and spent several years working in higher education before pursuing a legal career.
