As chief executive officer of Constellis, Jason DeYonker oversees the company's strategic direction and global operations. With more than 8,000 employees worldwide, Constellis is a leading provider of operational support and risk management services.
Prior to stepping into the role of CEO in October 2015, Jason served on Constellis' Board of Directors. With more than 15 years of experience within the government services industry, Jason led the buyout of Xe Services in 2010 and later oversaw the acquisition of Constellis in 2014 and Olive Group in 2015 to form the world's largest security services company.
Jason is the founder and managing partner of Forté Capital Advisors, a private equity firm, and the principle of Forté Management, a business management firm. Throughout his 20-plus year career, he has held various senior financial and operational management positions and advised on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate transaction value approaching $3 billion.
Jason began his career with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Group and later joined Deloitte's Corporate Finance Group. He subsequently co-managed a large family office with multiple investment platforms spread across several industries and various countries.
Jason holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Michigan.
