John Little serves as a local program manager for Constellis with over a decade of program management experience overseeing global protective security programs in support of U.S. federal agencies. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the program's training; logistics; communications; process, practices, and policies development and implementation; personnel; equipment; and budget.
With more than 30 years of operational expertise, he has vast experience developing effective risk mitigation strategies, conducting anti-terrorism missions and managing large-scale training operations for the convergent defense, intelligence and mission support sectors. As a trusted advisor, John has experience managing multi-agency partnerships and working alongside diplomatic personnel, foreign service personnel, ambassadors, POTUS, CONUS and OCONUS federal personnel, other contractors and local and foreign nationals.
Prior to his appointment, John served as special agent and senior trainer for the Federal Air Marshal for four years.
He is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel with 20 years' service as an Airborne/Ranger Infantry officer serving in three wars as an executive and operations officer to division command level, brigade commander, inspector general and G-3 training officer.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in business with honors from Jacksonville State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
