Constellis Group Wins WEXMAC 2.0 Contract to Provide Global Support Services

HERNDON, Va.Feb. 27, 2025 – Constellis subsidiary Centerra has been awarded the U.S. Navy’s Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) 2.0. This contract, valued at up to $700 million over its ten-year term, will provide essential base operations and life support services to U.S. military and federal agencies worldwide. WEXMAC 2.0 is a transformative contract to support joint forces and is open to federal agencies in need of critical services on a global scale. WEXMAC 2.0 enables Constellis to deliver services including construction equipment and material handling, lodging, medical support, force protection, logistics, and transportation. WEXMAC task orders will supply vital resources such as food, clothing, petroleum, construction materials, and medical supplies to support operations in strategic regions, including Western and Eastern Europethe PhilippinesJapanSingaporeMalaysiaAustraliaNew Zealand, and Antarctica.

Constellis Announces $249 Million Construction Contract at U.S. Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba

HERNDON, Va.Feb. 25, 2025 – Constellis subsidiary Centerra was awarded a five-year, $249 million Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) for renovation, construction, and repair projects at the U.S. Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The contract includes Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build services for facilities supporting U.S. Department of Defense operations, including industrial, infrastructure, administrative, training, and community support structures.

Constellis has provided comprehensive construction and facility maintenance services worldwide for more than 30 years. Since 2015, Constellis has completed over $165 million in work at Guantanamo, including 45+ task orders under the prior iteration of the MACC and 110+ self-performed design-bid-build task orders. With more than 140 personnel on the ground, Constellis is positioned to efficiently execute follow-on projects with minimal mobilization.
