Chad E. Coben appointed to Constellis Board of Directors
HERNDON, Va., April 18, 2025 – Constellis has appointed Chad Coben, Senior Managing Director, Corporate Finance & Restructuring at FTI Consulting, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Coben is a respected financial executive and advisor with over three decades of experience helping companies strengthen operations, navigate complex transactions, and drive business transformations.
Mr. Coben has dedicated his career to partnering with management teams, investors, and boards to lead operational turnarounds, improve financial performance, and manage high-impact M&A and restructuring initiatives. His experience spans industries such as telecom, technology infrastructure, consumer products, and energy, and includes executive and interim leadership positions in both public and private equity-backed organizations.
