Jason DeYonker

Jason co-led the buyout of Xe Services in 2010 and subsequently Triple Canopy in 2014, Olive Group in 2015, Omniplex and Centerra in 2017 along with several other acquisitions to form Constellis – one of the world’s largest security and risk management services companies. Jason served as CEO from October 2015-September 2018, and served on Constellis' (and its predecessor entities) Board of Directors from 2010-2018. During his tenure, the company grew in revenues from $225 million to over $1.8 billion and approximately 1,500 employees to over 21,000. Jason continues to be an equity investor in Constellis and currently serves as a special advisor to the company focusing on corporate strategy and acquisitions.

Jason is the founder and managing partner of Forté Capital Advisors, a private equity firm. Throughout his 20-plus year career, he has held various senior financial and operational management positions and advised or led mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate transaction value approaching $6 billion. Jason began his career with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Group and later joined Deloitte's Corporate Finance Group. He subsequently co-managed a large family office with multiple investment platforms spread across several industries and various countries.

Jason holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Michigan.
