As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Constellis, Paul P. Donahue oversees the daily operations of the company while also serving as the president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Centerra, a Constellis company.
Paul has 25 years of experience in the financial and operational management of government, public, private and private equity organizations. Previously, he served as treasurer and chief financial officer for Centerra, responsible for all financial operations. Paul became the COO in 2006, President in 2010 and CEO in 2012.
A Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Paul is certified in Homeland Security (CHS) with the American College of Forensic Examiners International (ACFEI), is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Certified Forensic Accountant (CRFA), a Certified Business Manager (CBM), and a frequent public speaker on the importance of business ethics.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Miami and master’s degree in business administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) where he is on the Rinker School of Business board. Paul received the PBA MBA Distinguished Alumni Award in 2008 and the PBA Free Enterprise Medal in 2013. He attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business Directors’ Consortium in 2011, and the Yale School of Management CEO College in 2016. Paul is also a board member of the DOE Nevada Test Site Historical Foundation.
