As Vice President of Human Resources, Soledad is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the human resources department and serves as an integral member of the Executive Management Team. She is accountable for all human resources functions to include compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational communications, organizational development, data management, policies and procedures, investigations, and expatriate and repatriate assignments.
Soledad has over 14 years of experience in all facets of human resources including talent acquisition, business operations, performance management, program and project management, employee relations, and contract negation. Soledad’s progressive experience in HR and talent management has enabled her to develop and deliver HR capabilities that optimize talent, structure and process while driving performance, accountability and culture.
Prior to joining Constellis, Soledad was the director of human resources and operations at Pure Integration, LLC, where she designed, developed and led all human resources functions for the startup IT consulting organization for 11 years.
Soledad received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as the Team Management and Leadership Program through Landmark Worldwide representing North America.
