HERNDON, Va.Jan. 6, 2025 – Constellis, a global provider of advanced security and mission support services, announced today that Noah Teates has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Mr. Teates will lead Business Development, Proposals, and Marketing to realize Constellis’ strategic vision and long-term goals, focusing effort and investment in our most impactful programs and capabilities.

Mr. Teates has spent nearly 30 years leading business development initiatives for government and commercial clients. Before joining Constellis, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Wolf Den Associates, where he was a trusted advisor to CEOs, Chief Growth Officers, and growth teams. In this role, he delivered strategic plans, developed game-changing client account and capture strategies, and led proposal teams on programs valued up to $20 billion. Previously, he served as an operations and growth executive at both Computer Sciences Corporation and SRA International. Mr. Teates holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Maryland.

This method ensures that only companies meeting the highest standard for supporting veterans and military personnel earn the Military Friendly® distinction. Over twelve hundred companies participated in the 2024 Military Friendly® survey.

Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for Recruitment, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion & Advancement of veterans and military employees.
