Pistol One
Introduction: The Constellis Pistol One course is a two day course designed for the individual with no formal firearms training. Students will learn and understand firearms safety rules, safety procedures and how to make a firearm safe from any condition. The students will learn the fundamentals of pistol shooting and how to operate a pistol on the range. The core topics will be marksmanship, presentation from different ready positions, reloads and malfunctions, and drawing from a holster.

Ammunition requirements: 800 rds.
Equipment:
Pistol, holster, magazine pouch, 3 high capacity magazines (15 round magazines) or 6 low capacity magazine (10 or less round magazines), belt, wraparound ballistic eye protection, hearing protection, clothing appropriate for an outdoor range (no shorts, no open toe shoes), water bottle or hydration system.
Method of Instruction: Classroom lecture, PowerPoint presentation, practical live fire applications on the range
