Dan has nearly 30 years of leadership experience across the defense, intelligence, and advanced technology industries. Prior to joining Constellis, he served as President of C3 Federal Systems, where he launched C3 AI’s Federal business to assist U.S. government transformation through the deployment of large-scale enterprise AI applications.
Before joining C3 AI, Dan served as Group President of CAE Defense & Security and CEO of CAE USA Inc. As a Named Executive Officer of CAE Inc., he oversaw a $2 billion global training and simulation enterprise of 6,000+ employees, while leading the U.S. subsidiary under a Special Security Agreement (SSA). Earlier in his career, he led a series of security technology companies, managing complex turnarounds, acquisitions, and divestitures. Dan’s foundation in the sector began as a counterterrorism targeting analyst in the Intelligence Community, where he provided critical intelligence products to Tier One assets and senior U.S. government decision-makers.
Dan holds a master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a double-major bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Strategic Policy from Bucknell University. His military service includes active and reserve duty (1998–2007) as an Armor and Military Intelligence Officer. He is a U.S. Army Armor School Draper Awardee and an Intelligence Officer School Distinguished Honor Graduate.
