Joseph Zobro serves as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Constellis, where he leads the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions and oversees the governance framework supporting operations across the enterprise. In this role, he partners closely with senior leadership and the Board to guide risk management, strengthen organizational discipline, and ensure alignment between legal strategy and business objectives.
Joe brings more than a decade of legal and regulatory leadership spanning government and commercial technology contracting including autonomous maritime platforms at Anduril Industries, AI-driven solutions at C3 AI, and major defense systems at Bell Textron. His breadth of experience selling software, hardware, and services across both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors to the U.S. Government, allied nations, and commercial customers has equipped Joe with command of the full acquisition spectrum, including FAR-based contracts, Other Transaction Authority agreements, and enterprise partnerships.
He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Pre-Law from Michigan State University.
