Mark Womble serves as Chief Administrative and Security Officer at Constellis, where he is a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and provides executive oversight of the company’s administrative and enterprise security functions. In this role, he translates strategy into execution, strengthens executive governance, and enables disciplined decision‑making across the organization. His oversight of Constellis’ security programs ensures compliance with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and Facility Clearance obligations in support of the company’s national security mission.
Mark brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate security, threat intelligence, crisis and risk management, and enterprise operations. Prior to Constellis, he served as Chief Security Officer for Blackstone Consulting, Inc. He also held the role of Executive Director for Security Finance, Operations, and Administration at Kaiser Permanente, where he led enterprise security strategy and nationwide guard force services. He has held senior executive leadership roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia supporting complex global security and risk operations, including leading a staff of over five hundred counterterrorism analysts within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Mark holds an MPhil in Criminological Research from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, Northwestern, and the University of London and holds multiple professional certifications spanning governance, risk management, compliance, and global business services.
