2025 Tactical Expo Provides a Look into Innovation, Leadership, and Collaboration in Action

In today’s world, government leaders and security professionals face an overwhelming calendar of conferences, expos, and training events. With so many options, it can be difficult to distinguish which gatherings deliver lasting value. The Constellis Tactical Expo was designed to stand apart from the noise — a purpose-driven event built to provide meaningful demonstrations, immersive training, and real-world experiences that shape the future of security and readiness on a global scale.

The Tactical Expo — held on Sept. 4, 2025, at the Constellis Training Center (CTC) in Moyock, N.C., — was a resounding success, reinforcing our role as the premier venue for advanced training, technology demonstrations, and industry engagement. The event drew broad participation from more than one hundred leading vendors across firearms, optics, robotics, UAS, and counter-UAS systems, and tactical gear, as well as representation from government and law enforcement agencies. By combining live fire demonstrations, cutting-edge technology showcases, and extensive networking opportunities, the expo elevated CTC’s visibility across the defense and security communities.

Notable companies such as Glock, HK, FN, Sig Sauer, Barrett, Trijicon, Aimpoint, and Vortex conducted range demonstrations, while innovators including Boston Dynamics, McQ, Sentinel Robotics, Wave Aerospace, Parrot Drones, Hush Aero, Xelevate, Orcrist, Threat Tec, and Black Tusk drew strong attention for their advancements in robotics, drones, and counter drone technologies. Leading tactical and protective gear providers including 5.11, ADS, Velocity Systems, Team Wendy, Ferro Concepts, and High-Speed Gear also showcased their latest solutions, highlighting the breadth and depth of participation.

The Tactical Expo not only highlighted our world-class facilities but also established a strong platform for recurring expos that will enhance and expand client relationships and awareness.

What We Do Best
The event also showcased partnership and collective knowledge. Professionals representing intelligence, law enforcement, active-duty military, and private security shared perspectives and drove collaboration, united by one purpose: safeguarding lives and critical assets and strengthening national security.

“This year’s Tactical Expo reinforced the value of bringing public and private leaders together in an environment where they can learn from one another, test emerging technologies, and discuss the challenges that lie ahead,” said Andrew Hartsog, Executive Vice President, Mission Support Services, Constellis. “The solutions showcased here and the conversations they sparked will help define how our industry evolves to meet tomorrow’s threats.”

The Tactical Expo has the potential to become a transformative driver for Constellis by positioning the CTC as the central hub where government agencies, industry innovators, and international partners converge to test, train, and collaborate. By establishing the expo as a regular event, we can create a recurring platform that reinforces our reputation as a premier venue for advanced training and demonstrations.

This future vision is about building an ecosystem around CTC where technology, training, and partnerships come together to solve real-world security challenges. As industry leaders continue to view the expo as the showcase for their innovations, Constellis will be uniquely positioned to capture secure exclusive training and testing agreements, and cement its role as a trusted partner for both U.S. and international security forces. In this way, the Tactical Expo becomes a catalyst for securing our place as an advanced and integrated training environment.

A Shared Mission
When professionals with different mindsets and experiences come together to learn and innovate, the result is the foundation for building strong security programs. At the Tactical Expo, veterans shared insights forged through years of military service, while vendors showed technologies that will reshape the future of security. These perspectives showed the expertise and shared dedication that bind these communities’ missions together.

“When front-line experience, strategic leadership, and innovation converge, the outcome is far greater than any single element on its own,” said Terry Ryan, CEO, Constellis. “Together, we are addressing today’s operational challenges while laying the groundwork for long-term resilience.”

Blending hands-on demonstrations with a clear mission-driven focus, the Tactical Expo underscored Constellis’ position as a trusted partner in delivering solutions and services that protect people, safeguard vital assets, and reinforce national security.

“The Tactical Expo is a catalyst for progress,” added Hartsog. “Through collaboration, we sharpen our readiness and build the trust and partnerships needed to stay ahead of emerging threats.”
