Corporate Social Responsibility
Making an impact
It’s in our core and it’s the right thing to do. We serve our nation and its citizens everyday – and the majority of our employees are veterans. We strive to better the lives of our neighbors, families, and friends in the places where we live and work. We’re a company that focuses on securing and protecting people. It’s what we’re about - it’s in our DNA. Through employee volunteerism and philanthropic contributions, we touch lives through major programs and the Secure Success Foundation.
Constellis is a proud supporter of Secure Success Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization established with the financial support of former and current owners of Constellis. Its mission is to provide financial support to private contractors and/or their families who have been seriously injured or killed while performing services for the U.S. government.
While there have been multiple charitable support funds for members of the U.S. military, there has been no equivalent infrastructure in place for private contractors and their families - until now. Constellis came together as a family of companies and we believe in this notion of family in every sense of the word.
In 2017, the Foundation provided grants to private contractors who were affected by hurricanes Irma and Harvey after the flooding immersed thousands of homes in water, and displaced more than 30,000 people and animals.
Constellis is proud to host HAVA/ACADEMI Family Day for the 7th consecutive year on June 16, 2018.
We are committed to strengthening communities by dedicating our time and talent to serve our veterans. Every year, Constellis partners with HAVA to host a Family Day for disabled military veterans and their families at ACADEMI’s 4,000-acre training center in Moyock, NC. In 2017, the 6th annual event, over 300 people attended and took part in various shooting activities for veterans and their spouses, exhibitions, urban tactics training simulations, gift bags, raffle prizes, youth airsoft activities and a kid’s station. This event is near and dear to our heart, and one we will continue to host for years to come.
In addition to our employees volunteering for the causes they are passionate about, we provide financial support to many important causes. From veterans and wounded warriors to education, the environment and natural disasters, our donations help people through organizations including the Diplomatic Security Foundation, U.S. Marshals Survivors Bene t Fund, USO, and Protect our Daughters.
