Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) established the SeaPort-e IDIQ as a contract vehicle which enables the procurement of professional support services in multiple functional areas ranging from engineering and technical services to program and financial management. Navy Systems Commands comprising NAVSEA, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Program (SSP) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), along with the Office of Naval Research, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the U.S. Marine Corps, procure services by utilizing the SeaPort-e contract vehicle.

Quality Assurance Program
We apply our certified processes, dedicated program management team and quality tools to monitor and maximize quality services under the Seaport-e contract. We employ a customized, web-based Compliance Monitoring Tool to track submission and completion of contractual and statutory reporting requirements.
Monitoring Quality. We conduct multiple quality inspections at all levels of the Seaport-e IDIQ and task orders to assess compliance with contractual, regulatory and corporate requirements.
Maximizing Quality. Our program management approach is based on the Program Management Body of Knowledge and our Quality Management System (QMS) is certified under ISO 9001:2008.
