Position Overview

Constellis, LLC seeks skilled Analysts and Targeters to join the Advanced Analytic Group (AAG) on-call cadre. This flexible, remote position allows candidates to contribute to high-impact open-source security risk analysis for U.S. Commercial and Intelligence Community (IC) customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth, all-source research and analysis to support risk analysis clients.
  • Utilize analytical principles, concepts, and methodologies to produce high-quality OSINT and all-source intelligence products.
  • Access, harness, and leverage multiple reputable and authoritative information sources to drive the analytic process.
  • Produce credible assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities and intentions, and networks based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, processes, and standards.
  • Participate in video calls for requirement discussions, synchronization, and feedback.
  • Provide analytic assessments and engage in open-source feedback sessions to craft and refine analytic products.
  • Support security planning and development for risk analysis projects.
  • Integrate information from varied sources into usable formats for U.S. Commercial and IC customers.
  • Determine factual relationships, establish activity baselines, and identify hidden connections.
  • Identify key personalities, relationships, activities, patterns, vulnerabilities, and anomalies relevant to analytic products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of intelligence experience within the U.S. DOD or Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in open-source intelligence, defense intelligence, online investigations, or related fields.
  • Certification and training in analytic skills with a proven track record in producing accurate and objective products.
  • Experience in Counter-Ubiquitous Threat Surveillance (C-UTS) concepts.
  • Understanding of Threat Finance topics and Know Your Customer (KYC) issues.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with portals, real-time knowledge management systems, and evaluating open-source material for accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collegial and collaborative work approach.
  • Experience in threat awareness, force protection, conflict support, targeting, and intelligence disciplines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in analytic or targeting roles requiring Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance.

Desired Certifications & Skills

  • Foreign language proficiency to enhance information integration and quality assurance for foreign-language content.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent OSINT collection experience.
  • Knowledge of force protection, military operations, and terminology.
  • In-depth understanding of specific geographic areas.
