POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the North American Operations Recruiting team performing a variety of duties. This role will collaborate with Recruiting, Human Resources, and external candidates, to ensure that new hires are set up for their first day with Constellis. This is a hybrid position requiring 2+ day a week in the Upper Marlboro, Maryland office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general supervision, provides administrative support and is responsible for smooth communications between the department/division and customers, suppliers, and other departments/divisions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and is subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
