Constellis Group Awarded OASIS+ Unrestricted IDIQ Contract

HERNDON, Va., Jan. 7, 2025 – Constellis, a leading provider of advanced security solutions and mission support services to government and commercial clients worldwide, announced today that Centerra, a Constellis company, was awarded a contract under the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) program.

OASIS+ offers Constellis a ten-year period of performance to provide customers across the federal government with facilities-related services including management and advisory, technical and engineering, intelligence, and logistics.

Noah Teates Joins Constellis as Chief Strategy Officer

HERNDON, Va., Jan. 6, 2025 – Constellis, a global provider of advanced security and mission support services, announced today that Noah Teates has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Mr. Teates will lead Business Development, Proposals, and Marketing to realize Constellis’ strategic vision and long-term goals, focusing effort and investment in our most impactful programs and capabilities.

Mr. Teates has spent nearly 30 years leading business development initiatives for government and commercial clients. Before joining Constellis, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Wolf Den Associates, where he was a trusted advisor to CEOs, Chief Growth Officers, and growth teams. In this role, he delivered strategic plans, developed game-changing client account and capture strategies, and led proposal teams on programs valued up to $20 billion. Previously, he served as an operations and growth executive at both Computer Sciences Corporation and SRA International. Mr. Teates holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Maryland.
