Constellis is committed to complying with the letter and spirit of all applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, ethical obligations, and our own fundamental corporate values. As part of that commitment, the company maintains complaint and grievance procedures for employees, personnel working on our behalf, and outside third parties to report concerns regarding the company or its personnel. These reporting channels help support accountability, encourage timely reporting of concerns, and enable issues to be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
Complaints or grievances can be raised directly to your primary Constellis point of contact or through our Ethics Hotline. Our Ethics Hotline is hosted by a third-party provider and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Complaints or grievances can be submitted online at constellis.ethicspoint.com or by calling 1-844-637-6751. In addition, personnel or third parties based in Iraq can make a reverse charge or collect call to the United States using 001-503-352-6174. All reverse charge or collect calls will be accepted by the contact center using an automated English message.
We encourage concerns to be raised in good faith and strictly prohibit retaliation against any individual who reports a complaint or grievance.
