Jason Rahimitabar serves as Executive Vice President of LEXSOTM (Layered Extended Security Operations) at Constellis, where he leads the company’s AI-driven technology business unit. He is responsible for strategy, growth, and profitability, overseeing the integration of software, systems integration, and tech-enabled managed services into a scalable platform serving commercial and government markets.
Jason brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across the global aerospace and defense sectors. Prior to Constellis, he was Vice President of Strategy and Growth Operations for C3 AI’s Federal business, leading pre-sales and technical teams delivering AI and advanced analytics solutions to federal agencies and the Defense Industrial Base.
He previously spent 15 years at CAE USA in senior strategy and operational roles, including Vice President of Strategy, Performance and Washington Operations. There, he led enterprise strategic planning, defined long-term technology roadmaps, and supported major merger and acquisition initiatives.
Jason’s academic background includes an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics, from the University of Florida. He also completed executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earning credentials from the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy, The Advanced Strategy Program: Building and Implementing Growth Strategies, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
