Brent A. Pugh serves as Chief Financial Officer of Constellis, where he leads the company’s global financial strategy and operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, pricing, and capital strategy. In this role, he partners closely with the executive leadership team to drive disciplined growth, strengthen operational performance, and support long-term value creation.
Brent brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across public and private equity-backed organizations, with a proven record of driving enterprise value, optimizing capital structures, and leading complex global operations. Prior to joining Constellis, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Red River Technology, where he led finance, operations, IT, and corporate strategy for a $2 billion business. He previously served as CFO and Corporate Treasurer for CAE’s $2.1 billion Defense and Security Segment, overseeing global operations across more than fifty countries and leading the successful integration of a $1.1 billion acquisition. Earlier in his career at L3Harris Technologies, Pugh held senior finance leadership roles supporting large-scale mergers and multi-billion-dollar operations, bringing deep experience in government contracting and operational transformation.
Pugh holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and has completed executive leadership programs at both Wharton and Harvard Business School.
