HERNDON, Va., October 2, 2026 – Centerra Integrated Services LLC, a Constellis company, has been awarded a $49.5 million multi-year job order contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (NAVFAC Southeast) to support facility sustainment, restoration and minor construction at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The contract, which runs through September 2031, includes work across the installation in support of utility networks, airfield operations, deepwater piers, communications facilities, barracks, family housing, clinics and recreational sites. Work will focus on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, roofing, building envelope repairs, interior renovations, and environmental services, including lead and asbestos abatement.
The job order contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracting vehicle that allows the government to issue task orders as infrastructure needs arise. By using pre-negotiated unit pricing, the contract helps reduce administrative delays and accelerates the delivery of maintenance and infrastructure improvements.

The award continues Constellis’ support at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, which has been operating at the installation since 2015 under multiple contract vehicles. The most recent five-year construction contract at the installation was awarded in February 2025.
