Tarun Sondhi serves as Chief Growth and Technology Officer of Constellis, where he leads the company’s enterprise growth strategy while advancing technology innovation across the business. In this role, he is responsible for integrating business development, capture, and customer engagement with enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and solution innovation to drive scalable growth, enhance differentiation, and support long-term value creation.
Tarun brings more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth, technology-driven organizations, with a proven ability to build and scale businesses, develop new market categories, and drive revenue in complex, global environments. Most recently at Accenture, he led a large cybersecurity P&L across the Americas, driving growth, margin expansion, and operational scale while advancing AI-enabled security capabilities and building strategic partner ecosystems with leading cloud and technology providers. He is also the founder of Shadow AI Labs, which develops autonomous AI-driven security solutions. Tarun has also built and scaled global cybersecurity and managed services businesses at firms including KPMG and Symantec, growing teams, capabilities, and client portfolios across commercial, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Tarun holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University and has completed executive education in product management at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.
