Herndon, Va. – July 27, 2026 — Constellis today announced that Centerra, a Constellis
company, has been awarded a contract by Neptune Township, New Jersey to provide
comprehensive fleet management and maintenance services supporting approximately
three hundred municipal vehicles and equipment assets.
Under the three-year agreement, Centerra will deliver full-spectrum fleet services,
including preventative and corrective maintenance, labor, parts procurement, records
management, and oversight of specialized subcontracted repairs. Centerra will also
implement an upgraded fleet maintenance management platform that enhances data security,
privacy protections, reporting capabilities and asset visibility for Neptune Township. Leveraging
Constellis’ integrated solutions model, the program draws on a global network of vetted suppliers
and technical experts to ensure consistent service delivery, cost control, and operational
efficiency.
This award highlights Constellis’ proven experience in fleet management, an essential but
often under recognized capability that enables municipalities and government organizations to
sustain operational readiness across critical services while maximizing long-term value.

and repair services, the program is designed to reduce long-term costs for the township by
minimizing the need for in-house labor as well as associated healthcare and retirement
obligations.
